If you have a specific site in mind, simply send us the Google Maps location and indicate which areas you need covering, and we will send you a site plan providing optimum camera and lens configurations.
The standard ecology kit has a fixed lens (51 degree or 95 degree), whereas the premium kit has detachable lenses (6, 14, 24, 42, 80 degree). The premium kit comes with the 42 and 80 degree lenses included; additional lenses can be added if required. Both cameras have the same resolution (640×480) and framerate (30Hz). The standard kit will be more than sufficient for most surveys. If you are unsure, please get in touch.

The Thermal Vision Ecology Kit comes with full instructions, but we are always happy to provide additional support. We also provide literature to show you how to use the Track & Detect features of our software. We also offer a free online call for all first-time users.
We have trained engineers who can bring the cameras to your survey site, set up the cameras and assist throughout the evening. This is recommended for first-time users and large sites (4+ cameras). This is also a great opportunity to receive hands-on training.
For the 2026 season, we are now offering a data-analysis service. This includes a full audited report of any potential emergences. All imagery will have our flight tracking feature applied, and if necessary, our high-sensitivity filters. Video files are also available on request. If you have specific requests, these can be discussed with your assigned caseworker.
